I now have the home of my dreams and I could not have done it without him. Before even getting started I was really nervous to be looking at homes alone - as a first time home buyer I had no idea what to look out for. Patrick asked all the important questions and showed me how to tell if a roof was older or what an acceptable furnace should look like. I never felt like he was pushing for me to make any sort of decision. In fact, throughout the process I felt like I was looking at houses with my best friend who also happened to be extremely knowledgeable in real estate. Not only did he make the home buying process a breeze, but he also recommended other wonderful people to help with the mortgage and the closing. I could not recommend him more!
